Born and raised in Vancouver, Mehar understands and aligns the unique personalities of Greater Vancouver’s neighbourhoods to match his clients and their needs.
His fact-based approach to market analysis and sales is augmented with a degree in psychology from UBC, and hands-on expertise translating data into actionable insights and client-centric results.
Mehar has expertise in corporate finance, market research, competitive analysis, and institutional communications working with founding management teams and impact investors. He developed and honed these skills at Canadian-funded start-up ventures dedicated to the advancement of life-saving organ regeneration and autologous stem cell therapies in the United States and Germany.
Mehar is an avid powerlifter with nearly a decade of competing and coaching, including representation on Team Canada. He devotes this same persistent discipline, commitment and extra push to achieving success for every client.
